Sasha and Dasha and cow outfits...

Dasha is a very cool cat. Pretty smart too. She dislikes other cats, is very attached to mama, and tries to keep a safe distance from the girls.  And she happily accepted Sasha into our big family! Yesterday Sasha realized that Dasha is a pretty cool toy too.  You can actually grab her when she walks by and get a handful of funny orange hair. And little fashionista Sasha loved her outfits with cows too! The first one has a spotted footsie and a cow hat, and the other has coordinated onesie with little cow and pants with cow faces on the footsies. The toy cow is an old time favorite toy from our friend Ania who gave it to us days after Nicole was born, which makes this cow over 9 years old!

Four of a kind...

Today is a big day for little Sasha. She is 4 months old! She is a smily and happy monkey. And mama and papa are doing their best to keep her happy, well-fed and well rested.  Like Valerie said, she is the mostest cutest baby!   Especially when she wears this cute black and fusia tutu:

Speaking of tutus, Nicole had ballet class and daddy took some very nice pictures. We finally have pictures of all four monkeys in the same post! What a beauty our Nicole!

Breastfeeding blues...

Today was one of those very common Seattle lazy hazy and sleepy days, and mama has been depressed about Sasha deciding to quit breastfeeding.  And she thought they were doing pretty good...Mama pulled out her cell phone pictures of that perfect breastfeeding bonding to remember the good times.

Elizabeth totally brightened mama's mood with her choice of wardrobe:

Even her underwear and socks were with polka dots. Funny girl. No wonder Sasha produced her very first laugh that lasted several seconds yesterday when Elizabeth smiled at her. That Elizabeth is so darn cute.
Twin sister Valerie also dressed herself and wanted to take a picture. As a true monkey number two, she donned a monkey top and Sweet Potatoes tulle skirt.  What a beauty.  Move over, Gisele Bündchen!

Twins had a bath day today with papa, while mama was taking pictures of Sasha in her oldest sister Nicole's bedroom:

But we all must agree that the picture of the day was of papa, who even though being totally wiped out, endured putting rollers in his hair by the twins.  The day was not so depressing, after all...

Hello, my name is Sasha, or as my mama calls me tiny monkey number four. This blog is going to be all about me, my fashionable outfits and, of course, my three older sisters -Nicole, Valerie and Elizabeth, respectfully monkeys number one, two, and three.  Ohh, and my fluffy cats. Here is Dasha right here:

After my sisters came back from the playground, Elizabeth hanged out with me, even accessorized me with Sofie the Giraffe, while Valerie was lounging on the sofa, surrounded by folded laundry.

 

Finally my turn for the bathtime, and while I am fully awake, my parents are really hoping to get some sleep. Silly adults-the night is still young!
